We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper who takes pride in cleanliness and teamwork. If you enjoy fast-paced work and making a positive impact every day, we’d love to have you on our team.\nAs a Housekeeper, you will:\nConsistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.\nAchieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.\nDeliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.\nPerform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.\nUtilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.\nImmediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.\nFoster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.\nOther duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations\nTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
