You will support daily Housekeeping operations by keeping supplies, carts, and storage areas organized while providing friendly and attentive service throughout the resort. In this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.\nWhat You'll Do as a Housekeeping Runner:\nDeliver requested items, supplies, and amenities to guest rooms and staff areas promptly and efficiently.\nDeliver clean linens to designated buildings and collect soiled linens for transport to the laundry facility.\nRespond to guest requests for additional services or room supplies using designated communication devices.\nGreet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout the resort.\nRespond to guest and owner requests or concerns promptly and professionally.\nMaintain clean, organized storage closets, carts, and equipment.\nTransport trash and linens to the appropriate collection and disposal areas.\nInspect items and equipment for damage and report concerns to the immediate supervisor.\nNavigate the resort to provide timely service across assigned areas.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support Housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.\n What You Will Bring as a Housekeeping Runner:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nA friendly, service-oriented attitude and the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.\nThe ability to work independently, follow instructions, and manage assigned tasks efficiently.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nA commitment to cleanliness, teamwork, and providing excellent guest service.\nRequirements:\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nMust have a valid Florida driver's license to operate company golf carts.\nAbility to stand for approximately 90% to 100% of the shift.\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nMust be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.\nMust comply with Westgate Resorts policies and procedures and maintain professional appearance, dress, and behavior.\nWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
