Apply now and take the first step toward a fulfilling career!\nAs a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will:\nPlay a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.\nSupervise and motivate housekeeping personnel, providing daily supervision, and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.\nAssign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures.\nCommunicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing, answering questions and providing clear direction.\nInspects and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy.\nAssist in training and development of both existing and new staff members.\nReport engineering issues according to established company procedures.\nRespond promptly to guest requests and follow-ups, delivering top-notch customer service.\nTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
