In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth onboarding, accurate data processing, strong employee support, and compliance with HR policies and deadlines.\nThis position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping team members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment.\nWhat You'll Do:\n(Other duties as assigned.)\nProcess and coordinate onboarding for new hires, rehires, and reinstatements.\nEnter and maintain accurate data in payroll and HR systems (ADP, SmartRecruiters, ImageQuest).\nCreate, run, and distribute reports related to HR operations and compliance.\nMaintain HR files and ensure proper record retention.\nAssist walk-in team members and applicants with HR-related inquiries.\nSupport New Hire Orientation, employee events, initiatives, and internal communications.\nAnswer and screen incoming phone calls; provide accurate information or route appropriately.\nAssist HR Managers and TMS Admin Managers with projects and administrative support.\nCoordinate extra processing, terminations, and employment status changes.\nAdapt to changing departmental needs, including providing temporary coverage or shifting priorities.\nAttend required trainings, staff meetings, and departmental initiatives.\nHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.\n To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
