This position performs routine janitorial and custodial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, common areas, entrances, and other assigned workspaces.\nThe Janitor also performs floor care, trash and recycling removal, supply restocking, surface cleaning, and other general commercial cleaning and facility support duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace.\nThis position may also assist with light facilities maintenance and courier duties based on the needs of the assigned location.\nWhat You Will Do:\nClean, sanitize, and maintain corporate offices, conference rooms, common areas, breakrooms, restrooms, entrances, and other assigned areas.\nPerform routine janitorial and custodial cleaning to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workplace.\nEmpty trash and recycling containers and dispose of materials according to established procedures.\nSweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors, carpets, rugs, and other flooring surfaces.\nClean windows, glass, counters, fixtures, furniture, and other surfaces.\nClean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, counters, faucets, and shared areas.\nRestock restroom, kitchen, breakroom, and janitorial supplies, including paper products, soap, sanitizer, trash liners, and related materials.\nOperate cleaning tools and equipment safely and according to established procedures.\nFollow proper procedures for the safe use, storage, labeling, and handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.\nMonitor cleaning and janitorial supply levels and communicate replenishment needs.\nIdentify and report maintenance, safety, sanitation, or facility concerns in a timely manner.\nMaintain professionalism and confidentiality while working in occupied corporate office areas.\nAssist with deep cleaning, special cleaning projects, supply organization, and facility readiness as assigned.\nAssist with light facilities maintenance and courier duties when needed.\nWork independently and support fellow Team Members as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
