Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help provide guests with the clean, comfortable accommodations they expect while supporting the success of our Housekeeping team.\nIn this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.\nWhat You'll Do as a Laundry Attendant:\nSort, separate, and pre-treat soiled linens according to established procedures.\nOperate washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently.\nFold and organize linens, towels, blankets, duvets, mattress pads, and other resort linens according to department standards.\nInspect linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and remove items from circulation when necessary.\nMaintain organized linen storage areas and properly stock folded items.\nClean and maintain laundry equipment and work areas daily.\nMeet established productivity and quality standards for linen processing.\nAssist with other laundry and housekeeping support duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Bring as a Laundry Attendant:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.\nOne (1) year of laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nGood judgment and the ability to work effectively with guests and fellow team members.\nDependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.\nRequirements:\nAbility to regularly lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.\nMust be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.\nRequired to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.\nWestgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace.
