Apply today and let Westgate Resorts connect you with your next opportunity!\nAs a Resort Services Operator, you will:\nAnswers, screens, and routes call volume including inbound and internal calls.\nUses private branch exchange (PBX) switchboard to connect inbound and internal calls.\nConsistently meet all departmental standards including quality assurance monitoring percentages provided by management, the use of standardized greetings, and call handling protocols.\nComplete daily reports and records as required\nSupply information to callers and record messages as needed.\nPlacement of wake-up calls.\nMake nightly courtesy calls as directed.\nMaintains and shares information on business changes with co-workers.\nUtilizes desktop software applications to provide service support for call volume\nTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
