Help ensure our pool and water park areas are safe, fun, and welcoming for all who visit.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nPaid Training & Certification\nFree Lunch & Water Park Entry\nCareer Advancement & Fun Work Environment\nAs a Waterpark Supervisor, you will:\nConduct classes, training and in service training for aquatics staff.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor programming and schedules for waterpark operation.\nDirect the implementation of department policies and procedures by conducting in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of utilization data and other inputs.\nDevelop detailed, realistic, and comprehensive plans that support organizational objectives.\nCommunicate effectively with both internal and external customers, using tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information, and resolve conflict.\nPerform supervisory tasks of a team, including resolving conflict, coaching, and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.\nPrepare, design, order, and distribute marketing material for Waterpark.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Waterpark & Activities.\nTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
