You will support the design, development, and maintenance of automation solutions. These solutions improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability of IT infrastructure and operational processes. Working with infrastructure, operations, and architecture teams, you will identify automation opportunities, reduce manual effort, and enhance service reliability through scripting, orchestration, and automated remediation.\nYou will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at Krakow office. You will work in hybrid model with 2 days at office.\nResponsibilities:\nAutomation Engineering\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation workflows, scripts, and tools such as Morpheus, Ansible, PowerShell, Power Automate, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.\n\nDevelop automated provisioning, configuration, compliance, and remediation capabilities.\n\nSupport Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and automation standards.\n\nInfrastructure Operations Support and Event Monitoring\nAutomate operational activities across the Infrastructure and Operations environments.\n\nCollaborate with teams to improve service reliability and operational consistency.\n\nDevelop and maintain automated event monitoring and remediation solutions by integrating monitoring platforms with automation tools and continuously improving operational performance.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nAnalyze operational issues and recurring incidents to identify automation opportunities.\n\nImprove operational processes through standardization and automation.\n\nContribute to service resilience, availability, and recovery readiness objectives.\n\nMeasure and report on automation outcomes and operational improvements.\n\nCollaboration and Governance\nDocument automation processes, standards, and operational procedures.\n\nEnsure automation solutions comply with security, audit, and operational requirements.\n\nProvide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members.\n\nSupport project delivery and operational priorities as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nBS in Information Systems or similar degree or equivalent experience\n\n3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, DevOps, automation engineering, or related technical roles\n\nExperience with Microsoft Power Apps\n\nExperience at scripting using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.\n\nExperience across variety of enterprise platforms such as Windows, Linux, Backup, Storage, and Network environments.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (VMWare, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes).\n\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as ServiceNow Event Management, Splunk, SolarWinds, SCOM, or similar tools.\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL-based operational processes.\n\nExperience implementing auto-remediation and self-healing infrastructure solutions.\n\nTroubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience with automation/orchestration tools such as Morpheus, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalents\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month.
