This assures that the Program rules and requirements are maintained, the projects are cost effective, and the information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely. Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors. Review vendor deliverables. Monitor vendor performance, and review/process vendor invoices.\nPerform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; Apply knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques to program and project oversight.\nPerform project site visits as required\nCompile and analyze data from various projects / sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management. Projects may include the installation of various energy conservation measures (ECMs) such as HVAC, lighting, motors, energy management systems, etc., as appropriate for the program. Analyze performance results for management reports; Provide monthly project status forecasts; Must be proficient with working independently while maintaining and applying working knowledge of PSEG Standards of Business Controls and meet management's expectations for effective internal business controls.\nManage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.\nEnsure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practices\nQualifications:\nB.S. Degree plus 8 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field\nExperience processing milestone payments and forecasting financial spend\nKnowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost\nCommitment to process improvement\nKnowledge of PSEG's CEF energy efficiency order and related frameworks\nAble to travel within PSE&G territory to conduct meetings with customers, perform inspections, and manage relationships with contractors\nValid US driver's license Desired\nVendor management, invoicing skills.\nBuilding Performance Institute Certifications preferred\nCertified Energy Manager preferred\nOur Safety Pledge to You:\nIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
