This role ensures the platform is properly maintained and that issues are identified and resolved. The role also guides the platform's technical direction so that Common Q+ products remain competitive and viable in the global market.\nYou will report to the Manager, Common Q and CE Safety Systems - Safety & Reactor Systems Engineering and be hybrid at the Warrendale, PA facility.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and support business cases for Common Q platform upgrades.\nProvide technical guidance for ongoing platform upgrades.\nDeliver projects on time and within budget.\nSupport the development and integration of Common Q+, including the integration of AC160 and ALS.\nProvide technical support for upgrade and new-plant project needs.\nWork with Licensing to ensure products maintain NRC and international regulatory approval for use.\nQualifications:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (required).\nExperienced engineer with an understanding of I&C systems, including both hardware and software.\nUnderstanding of safety platforms.\nKnowledge of FPGA and CPLD technologies.\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
