This role focuses on applying configuration management, requirements management, and verification & validation (V&V) principles across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and quality. You will coordinate and lead technical design activities across multi-disciplinary teams, driving successful project execution.\nYou will report to the Supervisor, Systems Engineering & Requirement Management and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility on a hybrid basis. No relocation will be provided for this position.\nKey Responsibilities:\nImplement and maintain integrated systems engineering processes and tools for assigned projects.\n\nSupport configuration management and requirements management activities.\n\nAssist in verification and validation planning and execution.\n\nPrepare reports on design changes, metrics, and configuration control activities.\n\nProvide labor and cost estimates for project scopes.\n\nFacilitate technical discussions between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\n\nCommunicate analyses, results, and implementation plans effectively in both written and verbal formats.\n\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and delivering solutions.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering preferred).\n\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience.\n\nFamiliarity with complex I&C systems (preferred).\n\nUnderstanding of configuration management, requirements management, and V&V concepts (preferred).\n\nKnowledge of statistics and data analysis (preferred).\n\nProficient with data entry and database management.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate external support.\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
