This is a paid full-time position for the summer, May - August 2027.\nKey Responsibilities:\nYou will work with product and development teams for understanding and executing the program vision for the WNEXUS Software Suite of Applications\nWork with Westinghouse's internal application framework tool in the development of engineering applications\nSupport other developers in the maintenance and testing of existing applications\nWork with discipline engineers to develop and execute functional requirements\nYou will work with discipline engineers to develop scope, schedule and cost of new applications or releases of existing applications\nQualifications:\nPursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or related degree with a background in software development\nCompleted Sophomore year of college\nExperience with Java and SQL/Database Design, web-programming (HTML/JavaScript/CSS)\nExperience with REST APIs, MVC Architecture, and Bootstrap\nUnderstanding of object-oriented and event-driven paradigms\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
