This team is responsible for the implementation, modernization, and lifecycle management of enterprise platform services. These services include Windows Server, Active Directory, Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Configuration Management. You will work within a Design-Build-Run operating model, you will lead Platform Engineering, ensuring understanding between strategy, engineering delivery, and operational readiness across Windows server and associated infrastructure technologies.\nYou will report to the Manager of Platform Services and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. Hybrid work schedule. Work from home 2 days a week.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTeam Leadership & Delivery Management\nPrioritize, balance workloads, and coordinate resources across projects, and operational commitments.\n\nConduct development planning, and performance reviews for direct reports.\n\nFoster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nPlatform Engineering & Enablement\nLead completion of technology improvements, upgrades, refreshes, migrations, and technical debt reduction efforts.\n\nImplement standardized build, deployment, automation, and configuration practices.\n\nEngineering Standards and Continuous Improvement\nEnsure engineering solutions follow established platform standards, industry best practices, and applicable security, compliance, supportability, resiliency, and operational requirements..\n\nIncrease adoption of automation-first methodologies that improve consistency, efficiency, scalability, and quality.\n\nService Transition & Operational Readiness\nPartner with Platform Operations teams to ensure successful transition of new and modified services into production.\n\nContribute to incident reviews, problem investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science or similar applicable degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience\n\n5+ years of IT experience IT infrastructure, with 4 years in lead/managerial roles\n\nDemonstrated leadership of technical teams, including direct reports and project-based teams.\n\nDemonstrated ability in process management, automation, and continuous improvement.\n\nExperience implementing new capabilities, technologies, and improvements.\n\nFamiliarity with security, compliance, audit, and governance requirements.\n\nUnderstanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, with emphasis on change management, operational readiness, and service transition.\n\nUnderstanding of IT infrastructure principles, capabilities, and architecture.\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
