Additionally, you will work with business and IT partners to understand data needs and build efficient reporting solutions through Power BI reports and dashboards to support reporting needs.\nYou will report to the I&O Delivery and Process manager and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position.\nKey Responsibilities:\nData Analysis and Power Platform Reporting\nTranslate our requirements into technical reporting solutions and meaningful visualizations.\n\nIdentify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.\n\nExtract and analyze data from unstructured data tools/systems.\n\nDevelop Power Automate flow to improve data collection, validation, and reporting processes\n\nDevelop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency using the Power Platform.\n\nDevelop and improve queries (e.g., SQL, APIs, or platform-specific tools) to support reporting needs.\n\nEnsure data models are efficient, scalable, and aligned with reporting goals.\nData Attestation & Governance\n\nProvide recommendations to improve data quality and reporting processes.\n\nSupport data attestation processes, including validation, certification, and documentation of data sources.\n\nWork with data owners and partners to verify data accuracy and completeness.\n\nHelp maintain data lineage, definitions, and metadata documentation.\n\nHelp enforce data governance policies, controls, and best practices.\n\nWork with IT teams and partners to understand data needs.\n\nCommunicate insights through visualizations and presentations.\n\nPartner with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure access control understanding of company policies\n\nQualifications:\nBS in Information Systems or similar degree\n\n3+ years of experience in Information Systems, or a related field\n\nExperience working with partners across technical and non-technical teams\n\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, file share permissions, and access management principles\n\nUnderstanding of data governance and data attestation concepts Hands-on experience with MS Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, data modeling, dashboards)\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
