At WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, we recognize that our employees are our most valuable asset and we seek to identify, attract and recruit the most qualified talent while recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the global workplace.\nAbout the role:\nContract Administrator\n4 Months\nReporting to Contract Manager\nPrimary location of assignment: Innsbrook, but will occasionally go to North Anna and Surry\nKey Responsibilities:\nContract management and administration in nuclear power generation environment.\nManage multiple activities, resources and time.\nDraft, review, and redline commercial contracts including service agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs using standard templates and legal guidance\nCoordinate contract negotiation between internal stakeholders - legal, finance, procurement - and counterparties to resolve open terms\nAdminister contract execution: circulate documents for signature, maintain completed originals in the contract management system, and notify relevant teams of effective dates\nMonitor contract performance milestones, and payment schedules to ensure both parties meet their obligations\nQualifications:\n2 - 5 years experience.\nKnowledge of technical aspects of industry.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nProficient personal computer skills and understanding of software applications.\nOur Safety Pledge to You:\nIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
