You will work strategically and operational with preparedness. You will lead the work to enable our ability to manage and minimize risks in the form of action plans, registers and action strategies.\nYou will report to the Director QEHS Sweden and you will work onsite at Bränslegatan, Västerås.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperational and strategic work within fire safety and risk management area.\nEstablish and manage risk assessment work\nFollow up on regulatory requirements and ensure regulatory compliance\nResponsibility for contacts with authorities, e.g. reporting incidents and accidents and other requested documentation required by supervisory authorities\nEstablish and implement training\nExternal monitoring and continuous development and improvement work\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in social science or similar field. Alternatively, equivalent work experience in crisis and preparedness.\n3+ years experience in coordinating emergency preparedness.
