Reporting into Asset Information Management (AIM), this role plays a key part in migrating and remediating a large portfolio of engineering drawings into governed hierarchy structures - profiling and classifying records, resolving metadata and mapping issues, validating migrated content, and reporting on progress and data quality.Beyond migration, the role contributes to continuous improvement of data turnover and information governance practices, working across AIM teams, Engineering, Operations, and external service providers to strengthen data quality standards and improve the timely delivery of complete, accurate asset information.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the planning, execution, validation, and reporting of large-scale engineering drawing migration initiatives.\nInventory, profile, and assess engineering drawing repositories to identify metadata, hierarchy, and classification gaps.\nPerform metadata remediation, cleansing, and correction activities to improve drawing quality and searchability.\nExecute data quality assessments and profiling activities to identify gaps, inconsistencies, duplicates, missing metadata, and classification issues within Asset Information Management (AIM).\nParticipate in testing and validation of searchability and usability improvements.\nWork closely with Engineering, Drafting, Operations, Asset Information Management, and external service providers.\nFacilitate discussions to resolve hierarchy, classification, and metadata mapping issues.\nSupport the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of asset information turnover processes across Operations, Engineering, Projects, and Asset Information Management (AIM).\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or relevant discipline within the energy sector.\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools.\nFamiliarity with pipeline industry standards, and best practices for data management.\nAbility to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, Asset Information Management, Drafting, Technical Information Systems, compliance teams, and external service providers.\nExperience using and reporting from pipeline asset management systems, GIS, or engineering document management systems.\nExperience with SharePoint management and using PowerApps (forms and workflows).\nExperience with Power BI. •Knowledge of master data management (MDM) concepts and their application in asset-centric organizations.\nOur Safety Pledge to You:\nIf you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
