This role involves coordinating development efforts across time zones, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance. The Application Development Supervisor will also facilitate agile best practices, manage project timelines, resolve technical and operational issues, and foster collaboration between cross functional teams.\nWe value a hybrid work model; therfore this role requires on-site presence in our Krakow office for a minimum of two days per week.\nResponsibilities:\nSupervise and mentor a global team of application developers\nOversee and participate in development, maintenance, and support of complex WEC application solutions\nEnsure team adherence to SDLC, change management, and audit compliance processes\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions\nDrive continuous improvement in application performance, reliability, security, and user experience\nDrive continuous improvement of development processes and procedures\nManage workload distribution, performance reviews, and career development for direct reports\nDrive AGILE best practices and standards across multiple application development projects\nProvide functional supervision of development and quality assurance staff\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. \nMinimum of 10 years of software development and team lead experience \nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks\nExpertise in current Angular architecture, component lifecycle, state management, and Web API design\nExpertise in C# and .NET including and Entity Framework\nFamiliarity with build pipelines and deployment automation within Azure DevOps\nExperience with SQL Server, performance tuning, and schema design\nKnowledge of integrating third-party services, APIs, and enterprise systems (e.g. ERP)\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative development environment\nExperience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication\nExperience coaching junior developers, supporting career growth, and promoting knowledge sharing within teams\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 17000 PLN to 21225 PLN per month.
