We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.\nAbout the Role\nAre you looking to join a dynamic and international team supporting critical projects in the nuclear industry?\nAs a Project Manager within the OMS Major Projects Department, you will be responsible for delivering low to medium complexity projects from initiation through closeout. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations.\nWestinghouse OMS Major Projects supports customers across Europe, Latin America, and Asia through innovative solutions in machining, welding, non-destructive examination (NDE), and complex field services, helping nuclear operators maximize the safety, reliability, and longevity of their assets.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning\nDevelop project scope, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.\nEstablish and maintain project baselines for cost, schedule, and resources.\nDefine project objectives and performance indicators.\nProject Execution & Control\nLead all phases of project execution and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, procurement, quality, communications, and stakeholder engagement.\nEnsure effective implementation of change management processes.\nMonitor project performance and financial results, including forecasting and Earned Value Management (EVM).\nReview expenditures and ensure alignment with approved project baselines.\nCommunicate project progress and key metrics to stakeholders.\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, product line teams, and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate resources and ensure effective collaboration across functions.\nSupport customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve project performance and execution.\nCapture lessons learned and promote best practices.\nContribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProject Closeout\nEnsure proper project closure, including documentation, financial reconciliation, and lessons learned.\nConduct final quality assessments and project reviews.\nProfile\nEducation\nMaster's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n3 to 10 years of experience in project management within an industrial, engineering, energy, or technical environment.\nExperience managing medium-complexity projects is highly desirable.\nCandidates with experience as a Technical Lead and a strong interest in developing a project management career are encouraged to apply.\nLanguages\nProfessional proficiency in English and French.\nKey Skills\nTechnical Skills\nProject planning and execution\nCost control and financial forecasting\nRisk and opportunity management\nSchedule management\nContract and stakeholder management\nContinuous improvement methodologies\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
