We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.\nAbout the role:\nAs a NDT Training Senior Engineer you will coordinate the training required to support Westinghouse inspection and testing activities, ensuring compliance with the requirements established by ASME CP-189 and CP-105. This is a full-time job.\nYou will report to the NDT Training and Resource Planning Manager and be located at our HQ in San Sebastián de los Reyes. This is a hybrid position.\nMain Responsibilities:\nPlan and coordinate personnel training, qualification, certification, and recertification needs with the operating organizations. We determine these needs following internal qualification and certification procedures. Prepare training schedules to anticipate resources, costs, and operational needs.\nCoordinate the development, updating and delivery of NDT training programs and associated documentation, including training materials, procedures and examinations, with the technical support of our specialized organizations.\nAdvise the departments on training, examination, qualification, certification and competency maintenance requirements for personnel, following applicable regulatory and customer requirements.\nManage NDT personnel qualification, certification and recertification processes, ensuring the proper administration of records, files, evidence and associated documentation.\nMaintain regulatory and technological awareness to ensure the updating of training programs and certification processes.\nSupport internal, customer and certification body audits related to personnel competence, qualification and certification.\nQualifications:\nBachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.\n5+ years of experience with NDT training and certification programs.\n5+ years of experience as an NDT instructor or technical examiner.\nKnowledge of regulated sectors, especially nuclear or aerospace.\nKnowledge of NDT methods, including UT, VT, ET, MT, PT, RT and other advanced technologies.\nKnowledge of national and international standards applicable to NDT and regulated sectors.\nCompetence, quality and technical documentation management systems.\nKnowledge of training and technical assessment methodologies, and competency development.\nFlued in English, both speaking and in writing.\nValued qualifications:NDT certifications following ANSI/ASNT CP-189.\nNDT certifications following ISO 9712.\nENIQ, PDI or customer-specific qualifications.\nExperience as an NDT instructor or accredited trainer.\nCertifications in project management or process improvement.\n\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
