We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Payroll Analyst you will support end-to-end UK payroll processes in collaboration with an external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivery.\nYou will report to the Manager, Global Payroll and be located at Springfields.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport end-to-end UK payroll processing (in cooperation with external payroll provider)\nReview and validate payroll outputs (e.g., gross-to-net reports, payslips, time & attendance data)\nEnsure compliance with UK payroll regulations, including PAYE, National Insurance, HMRC requirements, and RTI submissions\nSupport year-end payroll activities (e.g., P60, P11D) and statutory reporting obligations\nMaintain accurate employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and pension contributions\nSupport pension administration, including auto-enrolment and employer/employee contributions\nPerform payroll reconciliations and assist in audits\nInvestigate and resolve payroll-related queries (salary, tax, benefits, pensions)\nPrepare standard and ad hoc payroll reports for Finance, HR, and external stakeholders\nCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy across systems (e.g., SAP / SuccessFactors)\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders\nIdentify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvements and documentation\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in UK payroll\nStrong knowledge of UK payroll regulations, including PAYE, National Insurance, HMRC reporting, and pensions\nExperience supporting end-to-end payroll processes in a complex or international environment\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., data validation, reconciliation)\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders\nFluent in English (written and spoken)\nThe role is placed in UK and with the option to work remotely -a split between office / remote will be agreed based on the current needs.\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
