You will be heavily involved in proposals and estimates to our customers.\nYou will report to the Customer Solutions Manager. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs part of a team, support business development and growth for BOP Engineering, specifically in the area of power uprates and component replacement.\nGather market intelligence to guide product development and suggest innovative ideas before customers need them.\nAnalyze customer requests/requirements to develop unique and competitive solutions.\nCollaborate with internal groups such as Sales Teams and Engineering organizations to develop strategies and solutions to address customer needs.\nResponsible and accountable to coordinate the offer development activities working with engineering team to gather labor and M&S estimates.\nFacilitate activities such as cost estimate, risk analysis, technical description, project schedule, compliance matrix, project cash flow with appropriate technical subject matter experts.\nWork with Commercial Integration team to support the finalization and issuance of offer letters.\nParticipate in technical meetings with the customers.\nDevelop presentations to present to customers and internal stakeholders.\nFacilitate customer emergent issues and review of lessons learned.\nAttend industry conferences to build and develop customer relationships.\nTrack and report on specific product opportunities, including prioritization and driving to closure.\nSupport standardization of offer development material.\nExtract information and produce engineering estimates and graphics.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline\n6+ years of experience in an industry technical role\nExperience with SharePoint administration\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
