You will support both new development and legacy microprocessor-based Eagle Safety Systems used in nuclear power plant monitoring and control.\nYou will report to the Eagle Supervisor, and will be based out of our New Stanton, PA location.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and execute advanced hardware engineering design, analysis, and problem solving.\nProvide technical leadership throughout design, development, training, and delivery of complex engineering solutions.\nSupport and enhance legacy Eagle Safety Systems, including board and component level obsolescence mitigation.\nTroubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, including remote support.\nMentor and guide senior and junior engineers, contributing to team capability development.\nCoordinate project efforts across multi-functional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery.\nManage complex technical projects: prepare technical descriptions, maintain schedules, direct resources, and oversee deliverables.\nDevelop and review technical documentation for products and services.\nServe as lead technical problem solver for Eagle MultiBus Systems.\nCreate and refine procedures, processes, and methods to meet technical requirements.\nPrepare and deliver presentations for project updates, issue resolution, and product promotion.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering required\n7+ years of relevant experience\nExpertise in both digital and analog hardware design\nExperience with Altium schematic capture and layout\nDemonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and influence engineering teams\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
