This is a hybrid role based out of Cranberry. There is no relocation assistance offered for this role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the hardware scope for instrumentation and control plant computer and annunciator system upgrade projectsCabinet/panel design\nCable & wiring design\nField I/O design\n\nLead a team of engineers to support the entire lifecycle of a project: design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, shipment, plant start-up\nWork closely with internal and external customers to define system requirements and ensure conformity to applicable codes and standards\nInterface with suppliers to manage obsolescence issues and ensure product viability\nWork with business units to develop offers for new projects\nLead resolution of significant technical issues and travel to customer sites as needed\nLead product and process improvement projects\nMentor and train new engineers\nCollaborate internally across multiple organizations (business units, supply chain, engineering, etc).\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in an engineering field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience\nExperience in the nuclear industry preferred\nExperience with leading a team of engineers\nKnowledge of I&C hardware design and equipment qualification process\nEffective communication, organization, and delegation skills\nStrong technical writing ability\nProficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
