You will work with Component Delivery Manager, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain team to guarantee successful project execution and delivery of components according to the schedule and contractual specifications.\nYou will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone, Italy. You will work onsite.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan and monitor project-related production activities, ensuring deadlines are met.\n\nManage interfaces between project management, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain\n\nIdentify risks and critical issues, proposing solutions to minimize impacts\n\nLead daily and weekly meetings, tracking project progress, preparing regular reports.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives, including lessons learned, and process optimization within production.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or equivalent experience.\n\nMinimum 2 years of experience in production within an industrial environments (Note this is an entry level project management role and not a Manager level position)\n\nKnowledge of manufacturing production processes and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Lean Manufacturing).\n\nGood command of English language (B1)\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
