The role includes coordinating, and documenting to ensure that the project team achieves project deliverables and project timelines. As the Project Coordinator you will collaborate with the PM, PE, and other teams. These teams include Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Environment, and Public Affairs. The goal of this collaboration is to ensure the Project is in compliance with all identified requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee in project meetings, drafts meeting agenda and issues meeting minutes\nManage Project Gating Process and deliverables\nCoordinate project reviews and operational readiness assessments\nMaintain tracking tools, metrics, calendars\nPrepare Work Order for projects\nSupport lands group with crossing agreements\nSupport municipal permitting group with project permits and coordinate permit requirements with site Coordinate PDRs (Project Decision Record)\nManage Operational Readiness Checklist acceptance with team members\nAssist Project Engineers during close-out phase of project\nProvide information to determine viability of the proposed project\nAssist project team in putting together construction documentation required for the leave to open (LTO) permit or other regulatory submissions\nPromote and instill leadership qualities to members of the department\nIf applicable, understand the criteria by which the performance of your direct reports is evaluated.\nYou will use a variety of communications media / venues, including face-to-face, conference, telephone, email, instant messenger, or other.\nManage diverse relationships, build teams, and seek conflict resolution\nQualifications:\n10 Minimum years as Project Coordinator / Supervisor 5 years\nAPI 1169 (required for Pipeline Inspectors), (Supplier keeps a Valid Driver's License on file;)\nFirst Aid/CPR, Global Harmonized Systems OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (or OSHA Equivalent*) (training needs to be within last five years).\nKnowledge of jurisdictional regulatory requirements, safety regulations and applicable code requirements (see Table I for regulatory considerations based on jurisdiction and see Table II for listing of major codes)\nWhy WECTEC Staffing Services?\nWECTEC Staffing Services delivers customer-focused solutions, offering everything from high-volume, cost-effective staffing to specialized niche roles, while maintaining best-in-class service.
