We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Project Coordinator - Decommissioning & Waste Management Solutions you will help execute large international decommissioning projects within our Decommissioning & Waste Management Solutions product line.\nYou will coordinate diverse engineering activities, support project planning and execution, and ensure effective communication between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and project partners. This role is ideal for an engineer with a background in environmental engineering, waste management, nuclear technologies, or related disciplines who is interested in delivering complex international projects in a regulated environment.\nYou will report to the D&WM Program Manager Eastern Countries and be located at Trnava, Slovakia.\nModel of work: hybrid, international travel required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate technical and commercial activities across international decommissioning and waste management projects.\n\nSupport Project Managers in planning, scheduling, cost tracking, risk management, and reporting.\n\nCoordinate diverse engineering teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.\n\nWork with customers, partners, subcontractors, and company partners across multiple countries.\n\nMonitor project deliverables, action items, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nHelp prepare technical proposals, project execution plans, schedules, and progress reports.\n\nSupport procurement and subcontract management activities for project execution.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable quality, environmental, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.\n\nIdentify project risks and help implement mitigation plans.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement projects and the standardization of project management processes.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Waste Management Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n\nWe consider knowledge of waste treatment, environmental technologies, decommissioning, or radioactive waste management an advantage.\n\n5+ years of experience with partner management.\n\nFluent English (written and spoken), additional languages are an asset.\n\nWe prefer proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent).\n\nWillingness to travel internationally.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset.\n\nKnowledge of international engineering standards and quality management systems.\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
