We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Project Manager you will provide leadership for delivery of Project for Steam Generator Inspection and Maintenance services to operational nuclear power plants in ELA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America) including:\nSG hand way holes/manway/nozzle dams opening-closing,\nSG Primary (Tube Eddy Current inspection),\nSG Secondary (sludge lancing and FOSAR)\nThis position is accountable to set up appropriate plan for delivering safe; and achieving sustainable business results.\nYou will report to the Senior Operation Manager and be located at Mannheim.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProactively manage on a daily base the execution of the project (outage preparation, process activities and closing) considering safety, quality, schedule adherence and project management discipline as top priorities,\nProactively set up standardized initiatives and actions to assure and improve safety conditions and quality results,\nFocus your actions to achieve flawless execution with human error free and high-level equipment reliability results to achieve quality and schedule requirements,\nInterface with the customers for project execution, reporting and supporting contract discussions,\nAccountable to the application of the Westinghouse Project Management Requirements on the projects,\nDevelop lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvement between outages with the business lead,\nPro actively support the customer by highlighting Westinghouse's capacities and solutions and chasing business activities for Westinghouse.\nQualifications:\n10+ years of operation leadership experience on Nuclear Power Plant\n5+ years of field service operation on Steam generator inspection and maintenance\nStrong project management, communication, teamwork and change management skills\nEnglish language fluency (written and spoken)\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
