We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.\nAbout the role:\nAs a Project Manager you will contribute to our company and monitoring of inspection robotic system developments. Being an interface between technical teams, project management, and partners, you will provide clear structuring of activities and ensure their smooth execution throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time job.\nYou will report to the Engineering Manager and be located at Mondragon. This is an on-site role.\nMain Responsibilities:\nPropose and structure us of robotic system development phases.\nBreak down projects into clearly defined work packages and milestones.\nDevelop schedules taking into account technical, human, and regulatory constraints.\nIdentify project risks; propose mitigation plans.\nTrack the progress of tasks and milestones; identify deviations and propose corrective actions.\nPrepare and lead project progress reviews with technical teams and management.\nProduce dashboards and monitoring reports (costs, schedule, quality)\nCoordinate interfaces between sub-teams (mechanical, electronics, software, and field).\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to the nuclear sector (safety, quality, traceability).\nContribute to the drafting and maintenance of project documentation (management plans, PMP, tracking files).\nParticipate in qualification reviews and internal or client audits.\nQualifications:\nMaster's degree in fundamental sciences (physics, applied physics, physical engineering) or engineering.\n3+ years of experience in a similar role.\nAdditional training in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI certification).\nKnowledge of nuclear industry environments and constraints (safety, radiation protection, regulations).\nUnderstanding of applicable quality requirements: ASN frameworks, ISO standards, traceability requirements.\nNavigate a regulatory environment and document accordingly.\nProficiency in planning and project management tools: MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.\nDevelop WBS schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone diagrams.\nProficiency in resource management, dependencies, and project planning analysis.\nAgile and hybrid methods (Scrum, SAFe) applied to hardware development.\nCarefulness and methodology in a demanding industrial context.\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
