Working closely with project teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory stakeholders, you will act as the primary quality representative for assigned projects.\nThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial and nuclear projects while promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Quality Assurance\nDevelop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans.\nEnsure contractual, regulatory, technical, and customer requirements are properly identified and implemented.\nParticipate in project reviews, design reviews, and quality milestones.\nVerify compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nAct as the quality focal point for assigned projects.\nProject Team Support\nProvide day-to-day quality support to project and operational teams.\nParticipate in project progress meetings and governance reviews.\nAdvise project stakeholders on the interpretation and application of quality requirements.\nSupport project teams in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.\nSupplier & Subcontractor Quality Oversight\nEnsure quality requirements are appropriately flowed down into purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation.\nPrepare and implement supplier and subcontractor surveillance programs.\nMonitor supplier compliance with applicable quality requirements.\nSupport supplier assessments, surveillance activities, and issue resolution.\nNon-Conformance Management & Continuous Improvement\nLead or support root cause analysis activities.\nDefine, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions.\nEnsure effective closure of non-conformances and quality issues.\nContribute to lessons learned programs and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote best practices across projects and teams.\nAudits & Inspections\nPrepare and support customer, supplier, and internal audits.\nParticipate in assessments, inspections, and reviews conducted by notified bodies and nuclear regulatory authorities.\nMonitor and coordinate the completion of audit findings and inspection actions.\nEnsure readiness for external reviews and compliance evaluations.\nQuality Management System\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).\nDevelop, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs and performance indicators.\nSupport the deployment of a strong quality and nuclear safety culture across the organization.\nPromote adherence to established quality processes and standards.\nAccountabilities\nYou will be responsible for:\nEnsuring project compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.\nSupporting successful project delivery through proactive quality assurance.\nDriving resolution of quality issues and implementation of effective corrective actions.\nSupporting supplier quality performance and compliance.\nContributing to continuous improvement and quality excellence across the business.\nWorking Relationships\nYou will work closely with:\nProject Managers\nEngineering teams\nOperations and Field Service teams\nProcurement and Supply Chain\nSuppliers and subcontractors\nQuality colleagues across the organization\nCustomers and regulatory authorities\nInternal and external auditors\nThis role requires regular interaction with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
