Under the direction ofthe SAP Supervisor-Project Systems, you willevaluate our needs, implement best practices and resilient solutions following a system development lifecycle using additional SAP products, such as SOLMAN/CHARM.This role requires technical skills. We are looking for people with prior working experience with SAP Project systems, and will present the opportunity to further develop expertise with the SAP Project Systems module.The role is administrative and will provide configuration, support and integration services within the Westinghouse SAP Project Systems team. You willbe part of the Krakow team and work in hybrid model.\nResponsibilities:\nUnder the guidance ofSAP Supervisor-Project Systems, performs configuration research, testing, and recommendations for assigned modules to meet the defined business need, while following a prescribed schedule for production changes.\n\nComplete assigned work within defined scope, standards, and timelines, escalating risks to the supervisor as identified.\n\nComplete required functional, design, and changemanagement documentation for assigned changes.\n\nFollow the defined SAP system development lifecycle (SDLC) to analyze, configure, test, document, and implement solutions.\n\nFollow Westinghouse SAP change management processes, cybersecurity policies, and established standards and controls.\n\nDevelop working knowledge of assigned SAP modules and their integrations and touchpoints.\n\nCollaborate with partners, SAP IT team members, IT, and external partners to provide solutions and services.\n\nParticipate in team meetings, project work, training, and planning activities to support continuous improvement projects.\n\nFollow SAP best practices and Westinghouse standards in assigned work.\n\nMaintain standards and administration documentation as directed.\n\nPerform support activities to meet defined targets for customer satisfaction and cycle time.\n\nConduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions under guidance.\n\nComplete project tasks using established project management methodologies and documentation standards.\n\nFollow Westinghouse standards and controls within responsibilities.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field\n\n2+ years of experiencewith SAP Project Systems (PS), and an understanding of SAP security roles\n\nRequired experience in SAP implementation project or Project Systems configuration\n\nAbility towork with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures\n\nExperience creating job aids and other documentation\n\nFluent in written and spoken English\n\nExperience with SAP development procedures (change control, job scheduling, development methodologies, system landscape, application development, and back-up and recovery)\n\nOptional experience with change management principles\n\nOptional experience with Engineer To Order, Resource Capacity Planning, Project Scheduling, Project Controlling, Cross Application Time Sheets (CATS)\n\nOptional experience with Results Analysis, Forecasting, Profitability Analysis, Manufacturing, Resource Related Billing, interfaces and cross-modular integration\n\nOptional experience with export regulations such as ITAR, EAR, and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty\n\nOptional experience in the nuclear or controlled material industry.\n\nOptional Experience with S/4 HANA.\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
