Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and other project stakeholders, the role ensures schedules accurately reflect project scope, execution strategies, interfaces, key milestones, and contractual commitments. As part of the EMEA Project Controls organization, the Project Scheduler may support multiple projects across the APX portfolio based on business priorities and workload requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain integrated project schedules for FEED and early-stage projects using Primavera P6, including WBS structures, logic networks, milestones, baselines, resource and cost loading, and progress measurement.\nCoordinate schedule inputs across Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and other project functions to ensure alignment with project scope and execution strategy.\nPerform schedule analysis, forecasting, and critical path assessments to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and potential impacts to key project milestones.\nProvide schedule performance reporting, variance analysis, and early warning indicators while supporting mitigation and recovery planning activities.\nEnsure effective integration between scheduling, cost management, and other Project Controls disciplines.\nSupport schedule baseline development, reviews, and implementation of Project Controls standards, methodologies, and processes across the EMEA portfolio.\nSupport Earned Value Management (EVM) processes through schedule integration, progress measurement, and performance analysis.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to Project Controls tools, reporting, and scheduling practices.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.\nMinimum 5 years of project scheduling experience within complex engineering, energy, nuclear, industrial, or infrastructure projects.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Primavera P6, including schedule development, baselining, resource and cost loading, progress measurement, and critical path analysis.\nExperience supporting FEED, engineering, or early-stage project development activities is preferred.\nWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), cost and schedule integration, and Project Controls principles.\nPreferred Certifications\nOracle Primavera P6 Certification\nPMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP)\nAACE Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP)\nOther relevant Project Controls certifications\nSkills\nAdvanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.\nStrong understanding of scheduling principles, resource planning, cost loading, progress measurement, and EVM.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\nExperience improving Project Controls processes, tools, and reporting solutions within complex project environments.\nWhy Westinghouse?\nWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
