This role serves as a key interface between suppliers and cross-functional teams, driving execution, resolving issues, and supporting successful project delivery.\nThis is hybrid position. The position will require travel up to 20%.\nResponsibilities:\nProcurement Execution\n\nExecute procurement activities across assigned scopes from pre-PO through delivery\n\nManage day-to-day supplier execution to meet schedule, quality, and technical requirements\n\nTrack progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolution\n\nSupplier Performance & Risk Management\n\nMonitor supplier performance, including capability, capacity, and manufacturing readiness\n\nIdentify and escalate risks impacting delivery\n\nSupport implementation of corrective actions to maintain commitments\n\nTechnical & Regulatory Integration\n\nUnderstand and communicate technical, safety-related, and nuclear quality requirements (ASME, NQA-1)\n\nSupport preparation and review of safety-related requisitions\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory and company procedures\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\n\nInterface with Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and SPE to support execution\n\nCoordinate requirements and resolve issues impacting procurement activities\n\nSupport project planning, estimates, and execution readiness\n\nSourcing & Commercial Support\n\nSupport RFx execution, including supplier engagement, bid evaluation, and clarification\n\nAssist in development of sourcing strategies aligned to project needs\n\nContribute to commercial evaluations and negotiations\n\nCost & Value Management\n\nSupport cost analysis and identification of cost drivers\n\nAssist in implementation of total cost of ownership improvements\n\nPurchase Order & Contract Execution\n\nManage assigned PO lifecycle activities (placement, tracking, changes, issue resolution)\n\nSupport resolution of invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable\n\nSupplier Relationship Support\n\nMaintain working relationships with suppliers to support execution\n\nAct as a point of contact for supplier coordination on assigned scopes\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Nuclear preferred) or Supply Chain\n\n5-10 years of experience in procurement, engineering, or project execution within a regulated/industrial environment\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP)\n\nNuclear or regulated industry experience\n\nExperience supporting supplier execution and contract management\n\nFamiliarity with ASME and NQA-1 requirements\n\nFamiliarity with SAP, PowerBI, Sharepoint\n\nHighly proficient in MS Office applications/tools\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month.
