You will evaluate our suppliers as requested by the Delivery Stream Manager. You will work with customers, managing projects, and reporting for opportunities related to AP1000, AP300, eVinci, and other products within the Energy Systems Portfolio. Personal, industrial, and nuclear safety as a fundamental part of their job.\nHybrid- 2 days in the office a week for team collaboration.\nResponsibilities:\nSupplier Assessment:\nSupport Supplier Identification and down selection.\n\nSupport completion of Supplier Audits and Technical Evaluations.\n\nSupport completion of NDA/PIA negotiations .\n\nLead Request for Quotation (RFQ) package creation (i.e., draft SAP requisition for RFQ including all technical and quality requirements).\n\nLead Supplier Design Proposal / Compliance Matrix review meetings\n\nSupplier Oversight:\nCreating the Manufacturing and Process Plan estimates for use in design option selection or validation of cost and schedule.\n\nAccomplish Supplier Oversight Quality Assurance (QA) Technical Witness and Hold Points.\n\nSupport the project management team to work with Supplier Quality support organizations.\n\nSupplier Development & Management:\nCreate Agendas and Lead Kick-Off meetings with Suppliers.\n\nConduct scheduled meetings (e.g., bi-weekly, weekly) with Supplier Project Team Members.\n\nManage Westinghouse Project Support Team Execution.\n\nManage execution of required Supplier QA Witness and Hold Points.\n\nHold pre-job briefs and kick-off meetings for important/critical PO manufacturing activities.\n\nSupport Purchase Order (PO) Change Notices\n\nProvide periodic Project Schedule Updates and Customer Status Updates.\n\nEnsure all required Supplier PO scope is complete, including fabrication, testing and documentation.\n\nComplete the Westinghouse Quality Release (QR) to support shipment.\n\nArchive the QR and associated Quality Assurance Data Package (QADP) in PRIME.\n\nArchive QR/QADP in PRIME and then send it to the site or customer (as defined by the project) to aid in receipt and turnover of equipment.\n\nWork with Westinghouse Logistics to arrange for shipment.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.\n\n5+ years of experience in contract management in project-based environments.\n\nExperience in the Power Generation, Nuclear Industries or any of the following industries: Oil & Gas, Pipelines, Refineries, Offshore Oil Production Platforms, Ship Building, Manufacturing Plants, Supply Chain\n\nFluent in English\n\nWillingness to travel to support emergent project issues/supplier development. 20% varies by project demand. Mostly travel within Europe.\n\nDemonstrates exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical capabilities, effectively influencing stakeholders and driving successful business outcomes.\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month.
