You will have a background or interest in IT infrastructure, cable management, networking, data center operations, platform, and server management.\nYou will report to the Network Services Manager and be located at our Cranberry facility. This is a paid full-time hybrid position for the summer, May - August 2027.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls\nSupport data center operations, including server installations, configurations, and troubleshooting\nParticipate in telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient and secure communication systems\nHelp with cable management and organization within the data center\nCollaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure components\nDocument processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records\nQualifications:\nPursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field\nCompleted Sophomore year of college\nUnderstanding of networking concepts, data center operations, and telecom infrastructure\nExperience in Networking or Firewalls, CCNA certification\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
