You will provide day-to-day leadership, guide engineering execution, ensure agreement on architectural direction, and support global business operations through high-quality cloud platform engineering and operational maturity. This Supervisor will partner with the M365/Azure Principal Architect to translate architectural direction into actionable engineering implementation.\nYou will report to the Sr. Manager - User Experience & Collaboration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role 3 days a week in office and two remote.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCloud Engineering Leadership\nLead and develop Azure, Entra ID, and cloud identity engineers.\n\nManage team workload, priorities, performance expectations, and engineering execution.\n\nFoster a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.\n\nAzure Platform Engineering\nOversee engineering and governance of Azure subscriptions, resource groups, and landing zone structures.\n\nImplement standardized Azure RBAC, policy frameworks, automation, and monitoring.\n\nDirect platform optimization efforts including cost management, security posture, and performance tuning.\n\nEnsure Azure deployments align with enterprise architecture and cloud strategy.\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID & Hybrid Identity Engineering\nLead engineering of Entra ID directory services, identity lifecycle management, Conditional Access, authentication, and privileged identity governance.\n\nMaintain reliable hybrid identity integration, directory synchronization, and federation capabilities.\n\nGuide identity modernization and continuous improvement plans.\n\nMicrosoft 365 Tenant Governance\nManage enterprise-level M365 tenant configuration including global settings, compliance standards, administrative roles, and licensing enablement.\n\nEnsure governance of tenant-wide policies, security baselines, and configuration standards.\n\nGovernance, Security and Compliance\nEnforce cloud governance practices across Azure, M365 tenant administration, and Entra ID.\n\nEnsure agreement to cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, audit controls, and IT governance frameworks.\n\nMaintain documentation, runbooks, standard operating procedures, and architectural references.\n\nAutomation & Optimization\nGuide automation using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related tools.\n\nDevelop standardized, repeatable engineering patterns and operational processes.\n\nImprove platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive remediation.\n\nQualifications:\nBS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years of engineering experience in Azure, Entra ID, or enterprise cloud identity.\n\n1-2+ years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.\n\nStrong background in cloud platform governance and automation.\n\nStrong Azure platform engineering and governance knowledge.\n\nExpertise in Microsoft Entra ID, identity lifecycle, Conditional Access, and authentication frameworks.\n\nProficiency in PowerShell, Graph API, and cloud automation tools\n\nWe are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices.
