closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to deliver technology solutions that address business needs and drive measurable outcomes.\nDeliver a range of solutions, from lightweight business tools and rapid prototypes to production-ready applications.\nLeverage AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), copilots, intelligent agents, and related capabilities to solve business problems and improve productivity.\nPartner with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to incorporate AI capabilities into business-facing solutions where appropriate.\nRapidly prototype and validate ideas using modern development and AI technologies, helping business teams move from concept to value more quickly.\nDevelop practical, maintainable solutions that align with established architecture, security, and operational standards.\nSupport deployment activities across multiple environments using modern DevOps and cloud practices.\nServe as the primary technical resource for applications developed by the team, supporting ongoing enhancements, operational stability, and issue resolution.\nCollaborate with Cloud Operations and Infrastructure teams to maintain secure, reliable, and performant production environments.\nContribute to development standards, documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing across the team.\nMentor and coach developers while promoting engineering best practices and a culture of continuous learning.\nParticipate in Agile delivery processes including planning, estimation, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.\nManage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across business and technology teams.\n\nExperience and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n8+ years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong experience designing, developing, and supporting modern business applications.\nExperience developing full-stack web applications using contemporary development frameworks and technologies.\nStrong proficiency in languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent modern programming languages.\nExperience developing cloud-based solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure.\nWorking knowledge of AI and Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, copilots, and related technologies.\nExperience building or enhancing applications with AI capabilities to improve user experiences and business outcomes.\nFamiliarity with modern software engineering practices including source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience rapidly developing business-focused tools and prototypes using technologies such as Streamlit or similar application frameworks.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across application, platform, and infrastructure domains.\nExperience supporting solutions through their full lifecycle, from development and deployment through ongoing enhancement and support.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience working with Snowflake and modern data platforms.\nExperience supporting cloud-hosted production applications.\nAI, cloud, or software engineering certifications.\nPrior experience in the airline or travel
