Ensure you meet the following requirements: \nValid Transport Canada (E) Licence required \nMinimum 2-years’ experience and/or endorsed on Boeing 737 and/or 787 and/or Q400, or equivalent type of aircraft preferred \nProven technical aptitude and strong experience with electrical, navigation and flight controls required \nLegally entitled to work in Canada (must hold a Canadian Passport or Permanent Residency and/or open work permit with PR card in process) \nRadio Licence required within 6 months of employment \nThe physical ability to lift 62lbs and sit, kneel and stand for extended periods of time \nAbility to work in a variety of environmental conditions including temperature extremes, confined spaces, and working at heights \nAbility to maintain a positive fit test to wear all safety and protective equipment including (but not limited to) respirator apparatus \nFlexibility to work shift work (night shifts, weekends and holidays) including overtime when necessary \nMust be able to travel for situations where base coverage and/or rescue trips are required \nStrong computer knowledge and skills using various Maintenance programs and Microsoft Office Applications \nSuccessful candidates will be required to meet the following conditions of employment: \nObtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) issued by Transport Canada \nObtain and maintain Airside Vehicle Operators Permits (AVOP).
