This role plays an important executional function, ensuring data accuracy, producing reliable insights, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving on time performance, aircraft utilization, turnaround execution, and overall operational reliability.\n\nKey deliverables and responsibilities include:\nReporting & data: \nBuild and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational performance tracking. \nEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and support enhancements to reporting tools and processes.\nPerformance analysis & insights: \nConduct structured analysis on operational metrics such as delays, turnaround times, and utilization. \nIdentify trends and variances and escalate key observations to Senior Manager. \nSupport root cause analysis efforts by gathering data, performing initial analysis, and contributing to problem-solving discussions. Assist in identifying potential drivers of operational performance issues.\nStrategic initiatives: \n Assist in ad-hoc strategic analysis, data modeling, and scenario evaluation to support operational and strategic initiatives. \nExecute clearly defined analytical tasks with guidance from more senior team members.\nStakeholder support: \nRespond to requests from operational stakeholders for data and intermediate to advanced insights. \nCommunicate findings clearly, with guidance as needed, ensuring outputs are accurate and easy to understand.\nContinuous improvement: \nContinuously seek opportunities to improve analytical methodologies, reporting tools, and data processes. \nStay current with best practices in data analysis and visualization, and contribute to building a strong, insight-driven culture within the operations analytics team.\n\nExperience and qualifications:\n6+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in analytics, guest experience, operations, or a service-oriented industry. \nIntermediate skills in Excel, Power BI and SQL.
