The Senior Developer works closely with revenue management business team, middleware, data analytics, DevOps, cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, product engineering, QA, and other business teams to support complex commercial technology platforms and initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \nDesign, develop, optimize, and support enterprise-grade solutions across Commercial Technology platforms.\nInfluence the commercial technology product roadmap, including modernization, open-source adoption, integration platform capabilities, and cloud-native solution patterns.\nApply expert technical knowledge to create pragmatic, secure, scalable, and resilient solutions across complex business and technology environments.\nDefine and promote development standards, technical guidelines, best practices, and operational readiness models.\nPartner with architecture and solution teams to translate business needs into detailed technical designs.\nProvide development and production support for complex, mission-critical environments.\nParticipate in requirements gathering, analysis, estimation, code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and retrospectives across multiple concurrent initiatives.\nRespond to technical issues in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.\nMake recommendations on highly complex technical issues and provide clear direction on solution approach, implementation, and risk mitigation.\nCollaborate across teams with technical leaders and Solution Architects to design and deliver enterprise-level solutions.\nIdentify emerging tools, technologies, and platform capabilities that can support strategic business and technology objectives.\nServe as a trusted advisor to management on complex technical matters, compliance considerations, implementation readiness, and communication protocols.\nDeliver high-quality, maintainable code while promoting technical documentation and knowledge sharing.\nGuide, mentor, and coach developers and students, supporting capability development across the team.\nWork closely with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and support testing, defect resolution, and release readiness.\nIntroduce modern industry concepts and innovative approaches to improve business outcomes and technical delivery.\nOperate effectively in ambiguous situations and provide practical, and innovative technical guidance to others.\n\nExperience and Qualifications: \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of relevant experience preferred;
