SUMMARY The Analyst I - Total Rewards will administer and coordinate the daily activities and maintenance related to the administration of select US Benefits programs for employees of Westlake Corporation (“the Company”). This position serves as a contact person for benefits related tasks, including employee inquiries, support of local HR business partners and vendor support. Uses independent judgment and decision making to evaluate and make recommendations about benefit plan administration.
