Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you will partner with managers, support employees throughout their career journey, and drive HR initiatives that contribute directly to our site's success.\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as a trusted partner and coach to managers on all employee and organizational matters\nSupport the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management, and offboarding\nFoster a positive employee experience and help build a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture\nAdvise on employee relations topics and ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies\nCollaborate with employee representatives and support industrial relations activities\nDrive talent management, learning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives\nSupport compensation, benefits, payroll, and workforce planning processes\nAnalyze HR data and trends to provide insights that support business decisions\nLead and contribute to local and global HR projects and change initiatives\nPromote our company values and help strengthen employee engagement across the site\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS\nDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nSeveral years of HR experience, ideally as a Human Resources Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international manufacturing environment\nGood knowledge of Italian labor law and employee relations practices\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels\nExperience advising managers on performance, talent, and organizational topics\nA proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills\nAnalytical thinking and confidence in working with HR data and metrics\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nFluent Italian and English language skills\nAre you passionate about helping people grow, partnering with leaders, and creating a workplace where talent can succeed?
