Night Shift\nFree lunch Fridays\nTuition Assistance Program\nFitness Reimbursement Program\nPay for Knowledge Program\nOpportunity for Advancement\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMay include, but are not limited to, the following:\nPerform all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems duties as required\nAssess and proactively predict the operational state of equipment, filters, oil, hydraulics, compressors, motors, pumps, plumbing and electrical systems and determine course of immediate and future action as needed to eliminate unscheduled downtime.\nInstall and setup barrels and screws on all extruders with minimal supervision.\nComplete welding and fabrication work as needed, process repairs, improvements, and capital projects.\nUse Fiix Maintenance Module software to generate work orders, track labor, and consume materials/parts.\nMake shift rounds at a minimum of twice per shift to inspect Air Compressors, Chillers, Water Pumps, Storage Silos, Material Transfer Systems, Extrusion Equipment; Air, Water, and Electrical Systems and other Operation-Critical Equipment to insure functionality to required operational standards.\nResolve problems with equipment, leaks, and other deficiencies and take action as needed\nPerform preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program.\nAbility to install and setup barrels and screws on all extruders without supervision.\nTroubleshoot PLC based control systems and make component adjustments and/or repairs.\nMaintain high level of organization and high standards for housekeeping.\nMake suggestions for improvements to safety, efficiency, and costs to management.\nSkill and ability to train other maintenance and production associates in total productive maintenance activities.\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nHSED Diploma or GED at minimum\n5 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance\nProficient in an electrical trouble shooting with multi meter up to 480 volts\nWorking knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical schematics\nTechnical Degree preferred.\nWork safety including Arc Flash, and LOTO,\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
