This role is responsible for ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy, customer service performance, and operational efficiency while leading a team of scheduling and inventory professionals.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead production scheduling activities to balance customer demand, inventory requirements, and manufacturing capacity\nOversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiatives\nManage finished goods, raw materials, consignment, obsolete, and excess inventory to optimize working capital and service levels\nMaintain product master data, Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and item setup within JD Edwards\nSupport new product introductions, engineering changes, and product revisions\nDevelop and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, schedule attainment, inventory turns, and customer service\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and system effectiveness\nLead, coach, and develop scheduling and inventory control personnel\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounting, and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree required\n5+ years of experience in production scheduling, inventory management, or manufacturing operations\nStrong inventory control and manufacturing experience\nProven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supervising employees in a manufacturing environment\nAPICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or similar certification\nExperience with continuous improvement initiatives\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills\nWorking knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and DSI systems\nExperience with reporting and data analytics tools\nWhy Join Us?\nJoin a team committed to operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.
