Deliver Results.\nWe’re hiring a Production Superintendent to lead daily manufacturing operations for a high-volume extrusion department. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on safety, performance, and employee engagement-ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader ready to step into a visible, growth-oriented position.\nIn this role, you’ll own production execution across multiple shifts, lead and develop supervisors and production teams, and partner closely with Operations leadership to solve problems and improve performance. You’ll play a key role in building a strong safety culture, driving accountability, and developing the next generation of manufacturing leaders.\nWhat You’ll Lead\nLead and develop supervisors and production teams across multiple shifts\nOwn daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets\nSet priorities, allocate resources, and adjust schedules to meet changing demands\nDrive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the department\nAnalyze production data, identify gaps, and lead process improvement initiatives\nPartner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and HR to support staffing, training, and performance\nSafety Leadership Is Essential\nSafety leadership is paramount.
