The Analyst will ensure optimum stock levels are kept at all times and update systems with correct information.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMay include, but are not limited to, the following:\nUndertake process improvement efforts, focused on improving SLA’s and KPI’s.\nDrive continuous process improvement by leading and supporting projects to optimize the flow of products.\nProvide high quality training and coaching to new and existing supply chain users on the ERP (JDE/SAP) processes and stock level reports. Create and maintain documentation to support the training and day-to-day activities of the supply chain team.\nProvide support to the day-to-day supply chain operations\nAct as a Change Agent for all systems and processes used by supply chain team. Promote engagement of new systems and process.\nAct as a point of contact for colleagues on supply chain system issues.\nAct as a point of contact for reporting questions, issues and enhancements.\nLead root cause investigations\nUndertake audits within the Supply Chain - Preparation/Execution/ Reporting/ Improvement feedback\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nBusiness degree\nMust have 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain covering Demand/Supply Planning preferably with a supplier engagement element to the role\nStrong communication skills and stake holder manager, with the ability to adapt their communication style depending on the message\nHave a track record of delivering process improvements and working in an ever evolving supply chain function, and never settling for the status quo\nDemonstrate the ability to apply the foresight to predict potential areas of risk and mitigate\nBe able to travel to sites if needed.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
