We work together to enhance peoples' lives through our products and presence in the communities in which we operate.\nSUMMARY:\nMaintains, fabricates, installs, repairs and/or replaces facility piping systems, valves, heat exchangers, safety relief systems. \nWorks in confined spaces e.g. reactors, furnaces, quenches and at heights out of aerial lifts. \nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaintains, fabricates, installs, repairs and/or replaces, piping systems, valves, heat exchangers, and safety relief systems in accordance with applicable procedures and specifications\nRepairs and maintains cracking furnaces and reactors.\nUtilizes electric, air and hydraulically driven tools and equipment.\nUtilizes cutting equipment.\nRigs for lifting equipment.\nPerforms preventative maintenance.\nCleans up work area following completion of assigned job task and properly disposes of waste materials. Returns tools and equipment to normal storage areas.\nCompletes other routine or assigned duties as necessary to meet the maintenance department work schedule to minimize equipment downtime. \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:,\nMinimum four years industrial pipe welding experiencewith high nickel alloys e.g. Stainless, Hastelloy, Inconel, Nickelfor primary skill and attainment of qualifying skills in two additional maintenance crafts sufficient to assist other craftsmen in performance of their duties\nWestlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
