About the role As Maintenance Manager at Westmag, you will build and lead the maintenance function that keeps our production lines and facilities running as we scale manufacturing of drone motors and robot actuators. You will own predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance strategy, build a team of maintenance technicians, and partner with production and engineering to maximize uptime and equipment reliability. This role is central to bringing up our new South San Francisco facility and the automated lines that will drive our next phase of growth.
