This position plays a key role in ensuring environmental testing equipment, trailers, vehicles, and supplies are properly maintained, organized, and ready to support field operations across the country.\nPrimary responsibilities include mobilizing and demobilizing testing trailers, preparing and shipping equipment for projects, managing inventory, performing equipment maintenance and calibration, supporting fleet and shop operations, and maintaining organized equipment storage areas. The successful candidate will work closely with field teams to ensure equipment is operational, complete, and available to meet project needs. The role may occasionally support field projects; travel is expected to be approximately 30-40%.\nLocation: Auburn, AL\nExpected Outcomes:\nMaintain and support the Auburn IAS equipment stores operation, ensuring equipment, supplies, and trailers are organized, tracked, and field ready.\nMobilize and demobilize testing trailers, equipment, and project materials to support field operations.\nInspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and calibrate environmental monitoring and testing equipment.\nManage inventory, receive and process returned equipment, and coordinate equipment logistics for project needs.\nSupport fleet, shop, and facility operations, including vehicle readiness, DOT compliance activities, and work area organization.\nComplete equipment documentation and maintenance records while adhering to company safety policies and procedures.\nCollaborate with field teams and contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training, associate's degree, or related education preferred.\nStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and tools.\nExperience with equipment maintenance, calibration, inventory management, logistics, fleet operations, or shop support preferred.\nAbility to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in maintenance and repair activities.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work independently with minimal supervision.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn equipment tracking and inventory management systems.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-service mindset.\nAbility to lift to 50 pounds and work in warehouses, shop, and field environments.\nValid U.S. driver's license with an acceptable driving record.\nAbility to travel approximately 30-40% in support of equipment deployments, trailer mobilizations, training, and operational needs.\nCommitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nWe fully invest in our people: Weston provides a generous, comprehensive benefits package program that offers employees high value options with solid financial protection, meeting the personal needs of its people and their families.\nMedical, Dental, Vision, 401K with base and matching employer stock contributions.\nPaid time off including personal, holiday, and parental leave.\nLife and disability plans.\nCritical illness and accident plans.\nWork/Life flexibility.\nProfessional development opportunities.\nCompensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.\nSalary Range: $41,401 -
